TEACHERS

Pilgrim’s qualified and experienced teachers cover a diverse range of Yoga and Pilates styles designed to challenge, restore, and inspire. From our signature Pilgrim Flow (Hot Vinyasa), Warrior Yoga (Hatha), Oh So Quiet (Yin), and Reboot & Restore (Restorative Yoga), to high-energy, low-impact options like Inferno Pilates and the infamous Sunday Roast Extra Hot & Extra Spicy Vinyasa. We also facilitate workshops to help you reset and recover through Roll & Release, Sound Baths, Full Moon Meditations, Breathwork, and Ice Baths.

Our experienced teaching team are well-regarded specialists who share a love of teaching yoga and movement with integrity and playfulness.
