Care of the Community and Our Studio
Pilgrim is a shared space, and we hold three things as non negotiable: the physical care of the studio, the psychological safety of everyone in it, and cleanliness. They are how we protect the thing we have all come here for, and how we show respect to each other and to the people who come after us.
