Naomi Pham Qualified Yoga Teacher

Naomi completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Tantric Hatha Yoga and is a current member of Yoga Alliance.

Naomi seeks to help you experience the positive physical, mental and emotional shifts that yoga, meditation and sound healing can bring to your everyday life.

Her vinyasa style will challenge your body and mind, as you focus on prioritising breath, finding control and coordination between asanas and transitions. The yogic and Daoist philosophies emphasise that living in harmony with the world invigorates the flow of energy within us. She shares the practice of Yin Yoga as an opportunity for you to achieve physical and energetic equilibrium, in a supportive and calm environment. You can further deepen your connection to body, mind and spirit by experiencing one of her sound bath meditations, Pause to Receive, which is offered regularly at the studio.

Through practices that awaken and restore, you are invited to unlock the power of being present, experience joy and pride in taking care of yourself.

Naomi completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga in Bali and then continued to study 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training lead by teachers, Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. She also has a Diploma of Integral Sound Healing and Reiki Master Teacher (Level III) qualification. She is currently a registered practitioner and member of the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists (IICT) as a Sound Therapist and Reiki Master.

What are the lessons you’ve learnt on your own yogic Pilgrimage? Reflecting on a quote from Ram Dass, “I can do nothing for you but work on myself. You can do nothing for me but work on yourself”. The most powerful gift that I can give to the world is to work on myself (and to be 100% accountable for it). This work isn’t always beautiful or easy. However, in doing so with self-compassion, I’ve slowly removed layers of self-doubt, judgement and limiting beliefs that once held me back from finding a sense of inner peace.
