Our qualified and experienced teachers bring a diverse range of Yoga and Pilates styles designed to challenge, restore, and inspire. From our signature Pilgrim Flow (Hot Vinyasa), Warrior Yoga (Hatha), Oh So Quiet (Yin) and Reboot & Restore (Restorative Yoga), to high-energy, low-impact classes like Inferno Pilates and Sunday Roast Extra Hot & Extra Spicy Vinyasa.
We facilitate workshops to help you reset and recover through Roll & Release, Sound Baths, Full Moon Meditations, Ice Baths and Breathwork. Our teaching team are well-regarded specialists who share a love of yoga, pilates and movement with integrity and playfulness.
