Ana Carnerero Calle Qualified Yoga Teacher
Ana is a certified yoga teacher with a wealth of experience, holding a 500-hour Advanced Diploma in BioMedical Yoga, Meditation and Lifestyle Medicine, a 200-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga and a 100-hour restore, yin and myofascial release certification.
Throughout her career, Ana has specialised in trauma-informed and sensitive yoga, yoga for relationships, Kundalini Yoga as therapy and Yoga Nidra. Ana has worked with a variety of groups, including those in rehabilitation for drug abuse and women in domestic violence situations, using yoga as a therapeutic tool for healing and empowerment. She has also worked at the PA Hospital in the Mental Health Unit and provided adaptive chair yoga within the Brain Injury Unit for over a year. For Ana, yoga is about more than just the physical practice; it’s a path to understanding oneself more deeply, both mentally and physically. Her approach to yoga is centred on creating life-changing transformations, whether through improving posture, mood or overall well-being. She enjoys observing the shifts that yoga brings to people’s lives and is passionate about helping others feel good and empowered. Ana’s yoga experience is a celebration of self-exploration and she brings a sense of fun and deep awareness into every class she teaches.
When she’s not teaching, she enjoys getting messy in the kitchen, cooking heartfelt meals for herself and friends, or soaking up the sun on the beach. Her guilty pleasure is dancing like a crazy witch in the middle of her yoga practice when a good song comes on!
