Yuko QUALIFIED YOGA TEACHER SPECIALISING IN HOT YOGA, ASHTANGA & PILATES MAT

Yuko fell in love with Yoga at 17 years old and began teaching from 2014. She joined the biggest hot yoga company in Japan for 4 and a half years as a instructor and studio manager.

Yuko moved to Australia and New Zealand in 2018 to gain a global experience in teaching yoga. During covid, she started her online yoga classes and became a trainer of RYT500 (yoga teacher license) and became a qualified instructor and trainer in Pilates.

Yuko is currently still conducts the online yoga teacher training in Hawaii, Bali, Japan and Australia. She is also leading the online Pilates teacher training in Japan.

Yuko has big passion of sharing her Yoga and Pilates journey in Brisbane at Pilgrim.
