Saturday, 6th December | 3:00pm – 7pm

Nasi-Pong: An archipelago Pilgrim Christmas tropical table tennis java jive!

Our end-of-year celebrations have arrived and you’re invited.

We’re wrapping the year with Nasi Pong, our Pilgrim Christmas party and first-ever in-studio table tennis tournament. It’s our tropical, slightly chaotic, very us take on an end-of-year celebration.

Join us for an afternoon of Indonesian delights from our friends at Warisan, friendly (and not-so-friendly) pong battles, great music and plenty of laughs. All members are welcome, and the vibe is strictly festive.

The tournament will be professionally scored, with teams of two competing for prizes across every category imaginable — winning, losing, best team name, best uniforms and simply showing up with spirit.

Event starts at 3:00 PM.

Sound Poetry - An immersive Sound Journey

Sunday, 7th December | 4:00pm – 5.30pm

Hosted by Naomi Pham & Niq Reefman

Sound Poetry is a sonic immersion through nature’s seasons.

Step into a deeply immersive sound experience designed to move you through the natural rhythms of the Earth.  It is a sensory experience, with a unique blend of immersive sound, smell, touch, seasonal symbolism and elemental healing. This journey features a rich array of sound healing instruments including Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, Planetary Gongs, Monochord, medicine drums, Duduk and flute.  These sacred sounds will be thoughtfully layered with ambient electronic textures to create a multi-sensory experience that is both grounding and expansive.  Each phase of the soundscape is thoughtfully curated to evoke the unique qualities of nature.  You are invited to connect with the energies of the four seasons and the foundational elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire.

As the year draws to a close, this sound journey becomes a space to feel and reflect, not only on nature’s cyclical transitions but also on your own.  Just as we’ve moved through the seasons, you’ll be invited to energetically move through your experiences, growth and learnings from the past year.

This is a moment to pause, to honour what has been. To integrate what you have carried and make space for what’s to come.

Let the sound journey ground you, stir you, and lift you as we collectively look forward to a new phase ahead. This is an intentional close to the year and an inspired opening to the next.

Sound Poetry is a special experience – loved ones and friends can share this moment together, which makes this evening a great gift idea.

Niq Reefman is a boundary-pushing cabaret songwriter, inventor, and sonic alchemist whose performances blend musical innovation with theatrical storytelling. Accompanied by “Morpheus” (a custom synth accordion) and “Victor” (an expressive trumpet), Niq crafts immersive sonic journeys that invite audiences into whimsical realms of curiosity and wonder.

His compositions, described as “deliciously mad,” have become instrumental earworms for songwriters and creatives alike. Niq’s inventive spirit has led to the creation of original musical games featured at festivals and gatherings across Australia (including Woodford Folk Festival).

Join us for an experience that fuses sound healing sensibilities with musical mastery and playful invention.

108 Sun Salutations with Yuko

Sunday, 28th December | 9:00am – 10.15am

As 2025 comes to a close, we invite you to join us for a transformative practice of 108 Sun Salutations with Yuko.

Many yoga communities honour the end of the year and the summer solstice with 108 Sun Salutations, a ritual rooted in renewal, reflection and energetic cleansing. The number 108 holds deep significance in Eastern traditions, symbolising wholeness, spiritual alignment and the completion of a cycle. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a moving meditation that allows you to release the year that has passed, reset your mind and body, and welcome the new season with intention. It’s a powerful way to close one chapter and step into the next feeling grounded, centred and connected.

Throughout the session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the flow, with modifications for all levels. You’ll also experience centering breathwork and moving-meditation to reflect and set intentions for the new year. Most importantly, you’ll connect with a community of like-minded individuals, all coming together to cleanse, reset, and move forward with purpose and energy.
