Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to shift your physical and mental state — creating space to reflect, reset, and relax. Often referred to as an alternative to meditation, this class follows a Wim Hof-style method: five rounds of breathwork and breath retention, aiming for a 2.5-minute breath-hold. Guided with the intention of physical recovery and deep self-connection, the practice gently grounds you into a calm, meditative state — just in time for dinner.
