Jay Lambert Qualified Yoga Teacher

Jay brings a dynamic and strong Vinyasa practice to Pilgrim, fusing mobility, strength and creativity into every class. His sessions are rhythmic, powerful and designed to challenge both body and mind, creating space for students to move, breathe and find balance. Jay’s journey into yoga began in 2013 after a sports injury. As he deepened his practice, he discovered its transformative effects not only on his physical body but also on his mental well-being, relationships, and overall perspective on life. This profound shift inspired him to complete his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. When he’s not teaching or getting sweaty on the mat, Jay enjoys unwinding by cooking with a glass of wine, planning his next snowboarding trip and spending time with his delightfully demanding Doberman, Pinot.
