Paul is probably just as surprised as you are to find himself on the teacher bios page, but we simply must pay homage to the man who made Pilgrim possible. Without him, we wouldn’t exist! Paul is not only the mastermind behind Pilgrim but also a qualified Kundalini teacher and more than anything, Paul is the ultimate supporter.

Whether we’re pitching an exciting new workshop, hatching a crazy idea or just need space to explore and grow, Paul encourages our enthusiasm, giving us the freedom to do what we do best – teach great classes. That’s why the Pilgrim community is what it is today. When he’s not sweating it out in the studio, you might find him throwing kicks in a Muay Thai session, walking his dogs or spending time with his daughters.
